About the location: This facility is a Plastic Injection Molding facility, responsible for the Plastic Injection Molded Tail lights for the multiple OEM Programs. It’s a 400,000sqft facility with over 1300 employees in a non-union environment on 3 shifts.


We need someone who is an experienced Maintenance Tech in this order:

We are not looking for someone to program PLC’s, but able to wire them up and de-bug them, keep them up and running.

Master Data Solutions- Analysis Bill Of Materials (Supply Chain)

A Master Data Solutions Analyst is responsible for Analyzing data (HPLM, drawings) generated by Engineering (PD, Manufacturing) to catch errors & prevent any impact to downstream systems / users. Also provide engineering change control, analysis & release service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage Part Master, BOM & Engineering Change Control.
  • Perform Engineering Change - CN (Change Notice), TC (Temporary Change) & CE (Change Execution) MDS specialist roles in HPLM.
  • Create / maintain BOMs & related data in ERP system (QAD, SAP) in line with the Engineering system (HPLM) to ensure accuracy of all changes.
  • Coordinate data set-up through HPLM workflow process (Functional Roles), set-up BOM’s in ERP system (QAD, SAP) & time in changes based on plant timing request.
  • Global interface with cross-organizational teams (Program Management, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Plant MP&L, Finance & Purchasing).
  • Support all Current Model and New Model Launches.
  • Training - Lead & provide all “Power User” training for HPLM / SMM to multiple ATC users groups (Product Design, Manufacturing, CAD, Plant MP&L, Purchasing, & Finance).
  • BOM Accuracy (ERP), CN Audit (HPLM), Process Compliance (HPLM & ERP).

Extrusion Process Technician

Job Description: Manages the extrusion processes & preparation activities necessary to launch assigned new jobs and existing parts at rate and 100% quality. Also, has lead engineering responsibility for providing support to production needs related to extrusion such as resolving process problems and improving safety, quality, and productivity on assigned programs and processes.


  • Responsible for the processes related to cast extrusion at RVP. (Extrusion, Lamination, Winding, Grinding, Resin Conveyance).
  • Assists with the set-up or running of new jobs or plant engineering trials as required.
  • Performs tool modification or maintenance as required.
  • Responsible for major expenses and wear item inventory related to extrusion.
  • Inspect, track and analyze extrusion screws and barrels.
  • Assists with process development effort to develop optimal cell layout, work instructions, process flow layout, and set-up procedures, while adhering to safety, quality, and productivity protocols.
  • Coordinates internal engineering trials for PPAP’s, PSA’s, Run at Rates, etc.
  • Assists with launches through development and engineering of new or changed products.
  • Accomplishes the above tasks through compliance with the plant’s Advanced Planning Quality Procedures (APQP).

Continuous Improvement:

  • Develops documentation as described in IATF16949 manuals as plant responsibilities.
  • Identifies and resolves process improvements by exceeding budgeted cycle times, reducing budgeted spoilage, improving process capability, increasing throughput, and improved set-ups.
  • Develops and employs troubleshooting guidelines and best practices.
  • Provides training for all new and existing process and manufacturing systems.
  • Assists production floor as process expert by utilizing troubleshooting, diagnosis, debugging, and other technical skills to keep production lines running at peak efficiency.

  • The Extrusion Process Technician (EPT) works closely with, and often serves as support to a number of different departments and personnel.
