Manages, supervises, and coordinates activities of hourly production workers, both direct and indirect, to produce welded assemblies, on time, and meeting the quality requirements of the employer and our customers. Provide direction to other support personnel, as required, for the weld department.

Contract to Direct is a bridge to permanent employment. Think of it as a test-drive.


College Degree or equivalent experience for all or most positions.

Ability to travel for certain positions.

Experience with the Launch of Automotive OEM or Tier 1 suppliers a plus.

Knowledge and use of:

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Microsoft Project

Multiple GM, Ford, Nissan, Chrysler or other OEM experience a plus
