Requirements – 5+ years Automotive Program Management Experience.

Automotive Tools and Processes Experience - PPAP, ISO/TS, APQP, FMEA, Product Development Processes.

Bachelor's Degree Required.

Experience Leading a Team from Product Sourcing through Product Launch. Proficient in MS Office Programs. Experience with Project Leadership. Travel may be required based upon program needs both domestic and international locations

Product Design Engineer/Manufacturing position that would be responsible for the design engineering of products/systems involving product design and overseeing designer's model concepts from OEM Studio's to production build of air induction systems utilizing outside the box methodology from concept thru SOP, while involving quality and manufacturing parameters upfront.

* PROTOTYPE ENGINEER *

Requirements – 1+ years Automotive Engineering Industry Experience.

Understanding of Basic Vehicle Structure (Body & Assembly) and related Manufacturing Processes (Stamping, Welding, Painting, & Assembly.

Experience using 3-D CAD systems.

Experience working either in Production/Prototype Manufacturing or Engineering Design preferred. Experience using Catia preferred. Some travel around and outside United States. * SR. MECHANICAL DESIGNER *

Requirements – 3+ years Mechanical Design Experience.

Heavy Prototype and Automated Tooling (Automotive) experience.

Experience in Processing and Plant Layout.

Experience in Product Design (Plastic Interior Parts) a plus.

Candidate will help to lead and develop/design an Automated Tooling System from concept through production build. This will include good leadership skills, working with vendors, full understanding of designing automated tooling from start to finish. Ideal candidate must work well with minimal direction, and be able to design and then walk it to the shop and vendors to get built. Excellent organizational skills. * SOLIDWORKS DESIGNER *

Requirements – 3+ years Mechanical Design experience.

Solidworks experience.

GD&T experience.

Experience designing Gages, Fixtures, Tooling, and related Machines, and/or Production Equipment.

Familiarity with Microsoft Suite. Specify and size mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment required for each application and develop documentation and prints for equipment builds and vendor activity. Collaborate with the mechanical build team as systems are built and will develop deliverable packages for the customer. Excellent organizational skills. * CREO DESIGNER *

Requirements – 1-5 years working experience.

Wildfire/Creo experience.

Design and Detail experience.

GD&T experience.

* QUALITY DESIGN ENGINEER - GD&T *

Requirements – 6 years or more experience.

GD&T Experience.

Significant Plastics Experience.

High Level of Mathematical Modeling Skills.

Injection Molding Tool Design experience. Electro-Mechanical Product knowledge. PAPP Process knowledge. HVAC or PTC System a Plus.

* SR. PRODUCT ENGINEER *

Requirements – Minimum of 5 years experience.

Knowledge of GD&T.

Knowledge of DFMEA, DFA, and DFM.

Experience with Automotive Components and Systems.

Analyze data to develop and design automotive components and systems. Direct testing activities on components and equipment to ensure operational performance meets design specifications. Assists Automotive Designer in developing structural design. Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases. Performs failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA's), design for assembly (DFA), and manufacturing (DFM), geometric dimensioning & tolerance (GD&T) to component and systems.

Engineering:

Requirements - Related Bachelor Degree and          2+ years’ experience, BSME, BSEE.
